From its humble beginnings in an Information Centre in Koforidua, Madonna School has grown into a premier educational institution. Founded by the Holy Spirit Missionary Sisters in collaboration with Rev. Fr. Otto Walters SVD, the school has been a beacon of academic excellence and moral instruction for nearly six decades.

Dr. Francis Wuobar
Dr. Francis Wuobar, is an Obstetrician, Public Health Expert and healthcare leader with extensive experience in maternal and newborn health, health systems strengthening, disease prevention, and quality improvement. Dr. Wuobar is the current Eastern Regional Divisional Chairman of the Ghana Medical Association (GMA), Assistant General Secretary of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Ghana (SOGOG), and PTA Chairman of Madonna School, Koforidua. A passionate advocate for excellence in healthcare,education and community service.
Francesca Kwansema Appiagyei
Kwansema F. Appiagyei (DCNO, CC, AMGCNM) is a seasoned critical care nurse and healthcare leader who serves as the Deputy Chief Nursing Officer and Nurse Manager of Critical Care at Eastern Regional Hospital, Koforidua, where she oversees critical care services. Her academic and professional background spans institutions including Aburi Girls’ Senior High School, Nursing & Midwifery Training College, Koforidua, Critical Care Nursing School at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, University of Cape Coast, GIMPA (Health Administration & Management), and the Ghana College of Nurses and Midwives. In addition to her clinical management and health administration roles, she serves the community as the Vice PTA Chair for Madonna School.

Hajia Sahada Abdul-Rahman
Abdul-Rahman Sahada is a proud parent at Madonna School who has been part of the school community for a decade. His first son completed basic education at the school three years ago, and he currently has two children enrolled at Madonna School. He remains dedicated to supporting the school's efforts toward academic excellence and the overall development of the students.

Benevolence Awurabena Asante is an accomplished businesswoman with a strong passion for excellence, innovation, and continuous growth. She is committed to delivering quality in all her endeavors and believes in the values of integrity, hard work, and lifelong learning. As a proud alumna of Madonna School and a dedicated parent of the school, she remains deeply invested in its growth and success, actively supporting initiatives that promote academic excellence, character development, and the holistic well-being of its pupils.
Richard Anim Densu
Richard Anim Densu is an experienced educationist and professional counselor with over 28 years of service in the Ghana Education Service. He holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and currently serves as a Municipal School Counselor. His expertise spans guidance and counseling, student welfare, career development, and educational leadership. He is committed to promoting holistic student development and enhancing educational outcomes through effective counseling and support services.
Theodora Teye Mensah
Theodora Teye Mensah is an educator from Krobo Odumasi in the Eastern Region of Ghana. She received her primary and secondary education in Koforidua and earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of Education, Winneba. Passionate about teaching and youth development, Theodora is committed to nurturing creativity in young people and empowering them to use their talents to entertain, educate, and positively impact their communities. She firmly believes in the power of teamwork and collaborative learning as essential tools for personal and academic growth. Guided by the philosophy that teachers are stewards of learners, Theodora sees education as a transformative process that extends beyond academics. She is dedicated to shaping and molding learners into responsible, confident, and productive individuals who can thrive within both the academic environment and society at large.
